Honestly though, we should meditate regularly to relieve stress and just to clear our minds of things like terrorism, neglect, anger, and just unnecessary things. I hope one day the world will come to be as one and everybody can meditate together!! <3

Wow, this video actually made me cry of happiness, it just reminded me of how we are all brothers and sisters and how I love everyone without knowing them, I cannot describe the joy this video has given me, when I needed it the most . From now on, I will treat everyone like my brothers and sisters and greet them with a genuine smile.
